IMOGENE BUSH ARMSTRONG

Ms. Imogene Bush Armstrong, age 92, of Graceville, Florida passed away November 5, 2025, at her home.  She was born April 15, 1933, in Bonifay, Florida to the late Charles Cletus Bush and Vera Elliott Bush.  In addition to her parents, Imogene was preceded in death by her husband, Albert E. Armstrong, three brothers, Bunice Bush, Thomas Bush, and MC Bush, and four sisters, Vivian Gibson, Serena Adkinson, Welan Dison, and Ella Ruth Smith.

Ms. Armstrong is survived by five children, Albert E. Armstrong Jr. and wife Peggy of Navarre, FL, David Wayne Armstrong of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Richard Timothy Armstrong and wife Jana of Destin, FL, Jeana Marie Bixby and fiancé Ron French of Graceville, FL, and Mark Armstrong and wife Michelle of Fort Walton Beach, FL; 12 grandchildren, Tina Crouch and Aaron, Christy Long and Kenny, John Searing, Michael Armstrong and Nikcosy, Brandon Armstrong, Heather Armstrong, Jessica LaRock, Joshua LaRock, Ronald Sowell Jr. and Leslie, Jonathan Sowell and Sophie, Jared Sowell and Natasja, and Julian Brannon and Peyton; 14 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Thursday, November 13, 2025, at Oakland Baptist Church, Fort Walton Beach, FL.  Interment will follow in the Beal Memorial Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11 to 12 Thursday at Oakland Baptist Church, 118 Wright Parkway NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548.
