JAMES CHESTER BUSH

Mr. James Chester Bush, age 66, of Bonifay, Florida passed away February 16, 2022, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay. He was born July 1, 1955, in Panama City, Florida to the late William Paul Bush and Hazel Annette Tipton. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Bush.

Mr. Bush is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary Bush of Bonifay, FL; four daughters, Jennifer Fowler and husband Jason of Bonifay, FL, Peggy Jean Amaya and husband Alex of Brooksville, FL, Harley Merritt of GA, and Jazmine Cleveland and husband Kyle of Auburn, IN; one sister, Gwen Aronhalt and husband Gil of Bonifay, FL; one brother, William Anthony Bush of TX; nine grandchildren, Ruben Martinez, Alex Martinez, Alyssa Martinez, Devon Martinez, James Fowler, Jason Fowler, Tucker Fowler, Christian Fowler, and Judah Cleveland; three great-grandchildren, Klayton Carter, Kolton Porter, and Phoenix Martinez; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, February 20, 2022, at Pine Hill Church with Mike Garner speaking. Interment will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM at Pine Hill Church.
