JOANNE FULLER DEVANE

Ms. JoAnne Fuller DeVane, age 92, of Panama City, Florida passed away July 2, 2026, at Mathison Retirement Community in Panama City, Florida.  She was born on May 18, 1934, in Union Springs, Alabama to the late Curtis Eugene Fuller and Katie Lee Cotton Fuller.  In addition to her parents, JoAnne was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Haroll Marquette DeVane, a son-in-law, James R. Bailey Jr., three brothers, Rev. Gene Fuller, Rev. Roy Fuller, and Jerry Fuller, one sister, Juanita Lindsey, and a family friend, Homer Underwood.

Ms. DeVane is survived by two daughters, Sheryl Cullifer and husband Tim of Dothan, AL and Leigh Bailey of Lynn Haven, FL; two granddaughters, Becca Lambert and husband Eric of Headland, AL and Brianna Bailey of Lynn Haven, FL; two great-grandchildren, Levi Lambert and Hannah Lambert both of Headland, AL; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday, July 7, 2026, with funeral services being held at 11:00 AM, in the Lynn Haven Methodist Church, 3203 Minnesota Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405.  Interment will be held at 4:00 PM, Tuesday, July 7, 2026, in the Evergreen Cemetery, 1150 Claxton Avenue, Elba, AL 36323.
