Mrs. Leatrice Marie Bonin, age 83, of Vernon, Florida passed away January 9, 2020 at Washington Rehab and Nursing in Chipley, Florida. She was born April 30, 1936 in New Iberia, Louisiana to the late Milton and Idella Landry Broussard. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bonin was preceded in death by two sons, Dalton Bonin III and Robin Bonin and one daughter, Bridgett Bonin.
Mrs. Leatrice is survived by one daughter, Pat Hammack and husband Cecil of Florida; two sons, Robert ‘Bobby’ Bonin of Florida and Raymond Bonin of Louisiana; one sister, Clara Bell Segura of Louisiana; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 14, 2020, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the New Hope Methodist Church Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home directing.
