CHARLES EDWARD PITTS

Mr. Charles Edward Pitts, age 68, of Bonifay, Florida passed away March 16, 2024, at his home.  He was born June 8, 1955, in Chipley, Florida to the late Johnny B. Pitts and Louise Rogers Pitts.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Pitts was preceded in death by one sister, Elise Pitts.

Mr. Pitts is survived by his wife Linda Pitts of Bonifay, FL; two daughters, Pamela Pitts and Eddie Melton of Westville, FL and Jennifer Covell and David Covell of Bonifay, FL; one brother, Harold Pitts and Debra Pitts of Bonifay, FL; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, March 21, 2024, at the Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ of Caryville with Rev. Edward Williams officiating.  Interment will follow in the Caryville City Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Wednesday at Peel Funeral Home.
