Liam Hayes Hendrix was born into the loving arms of his family on July 15, 2026, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama, and on that same day was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus in Heaven. 

 

Though his time on earth was brief, Liam’s life was deeply cherished and forever changed the hearts of those who loved him.  He will always be remembered as a precious gift from God whose tiny footprints have left an everlasting mark on his family. 

 

Liam was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandmother, Lowreane Sasnett, paternal grandfather, Randy Hendrix, and great-aunts, Ann Bruhn and Annette Sasnett.

 

Liam is survived by his parents, Kobe and Taylor Hendrix; maternal grandmother, Velma Sasnett; paternal grandmother, Tracey Grimes; maternal great-grandfather, Paul Sasnett; two uncles, Ryan White and Sophia and Eli Hendrix and Chloie; three aunts, Aizlee Sasnett, Rainna Sasnett, and Tegan Sasnett; cousins, Emmett and Ella; one great-aunt, Anniebell Davis and Terry; along with several extended family members.

 

A private family celebration of life service was held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 25, 2026, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Al Ford officiating.
