Mr. Dennis Franklin Coatney, age 59, of Bonifay, Florida went to be with his Lord on September 10, 2021, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay. He was born March 5, 1962, in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to the late Bonnie Ward Coatney and Alfie Coatney. Dennis was Born Again on May 14, 1994.
Dennis is survived by his wife, Cynthia Coatney of Bonifay, FL; his four daughters, Michele Music and husband Cecil of Caryville, FL, Katina Moore and husband, Tony of Bonifay, FL, Heather Wilkerson of Bonifay, FL, and Amanda Adams of Vernon, FL; fifteen grandchildren, Braeden and Bailey, Haleigh and Matt, Anthony and Cheyenne, Chandra and Manuel, Jacob and Jade, Jayda and Sean, Brenton, Clinton and Greenleigh, Ashley, Gabriel, Darby, Keighly, Isaac, Ty, and Bo; three great-grandchildren, Easton, Emory, and Jasper.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, September 13, 2021, at Union Pentecostal Church. Interment will follow in the Sellers Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM Monday at Union Pentecostal Church.
