Mr. George Franklin Henderson, age 64, of Griffin, Georgia passed away October 30, 2022, at his home. He was born October 22, 1958, in Panama City, Florida. George was preceded in death by his mother, Pastean Dupree Ward, stepfather, James L. Ward, one brother, Henry F. Henderson, and two sisters, Pauline Pate and Malinda Henderson.
George is survived by three children, James C. Henderson of Dublin, GA, Toni M. Henderson of Dublin, GA, Pamela Duncan and husband Christopher of Griffin, GA, Zackery White of Griffin, GA; six grandchildren, Miliey Henderson, Ellah Henderson, Seth Henderson, Nathaniel Henderson, David Duncan, and Anthony James Duncan; one great-granddaughter, Alaska Jane Henderson; two sisters, Gene Miller and husband Royce of Bonifay, FL and Elaine Harris and husband Chris of Wausau, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 5, 2022, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Wesley Adams officiating. Interment will follow in the Caryville City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM at Peel Funeral Home.
