Glennis Whitaker departed this life on July 6, 2022, from her home. She was born December 29, 1946, in Bonifay, Florida to the late Omer Lloyd and Erma Myrleen (Register) Whitaker.
Her surviving family includes one brother Roger Devon Whitaker and wife Dee; nephews David Whitaker and wife Melanie; Wesley Whitaker and wife Hilary; Greg Whitaker and wife Beka; nieces Laura Lei Whitaker; Laura (Hayhurst) Singleton and husband Bill; numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family, neighbors, and friends.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 9, 2022, at Red Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Roger Whitaker officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour before the service from 9 to 10 AM at Red Hill United Methodist Church.
