Ms. Mary Louise Chamness Whitaker, age 75, of Bonifay, Florida passed away May 22, 2025, at Bonifay Nursing and Rehab Center. She was born August 18, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois to the late Richard and Alice Chamness. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Neel Whitaker.
Ms. Whitaker is survived by one son, Kevin Whitaker and wife Amanda of Naples, FL, three grandchildren, Javen Whitaker, Pierce Whitaker, and Alayna Whitaker all of Naples, FL; several extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, May 30, 2025, in the Whitewater Baptist Church Cemetery in Holmes County Florida. Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
