RAYMOND HENRY BAKER

Mr. Raymond Henry Baker, age 78, of Chipley, Florida passed away January 22, 2023, at Doctors Memorial Hospital in Bonifay, Florida. He was born July 7, 1944, in Fall River, Massachusetts to the late Finis Harold Baker and Florence Anita Potvin Baker. In addition to his parents, Mr. Baker was preceded in death by two brothers, Keith Baker and Marshall Baker and one granddaughter, Samantha.

He served in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1968 as a corpsman on the USS Randolph.

Mr. Baker is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nancy Jo Stickrod Baker; three children, Jill Baker Philpot and Chuck, Michael Raymond Baker and Eileen, and Amanda Baker Wilson and Brandon; six grandchildren, Amy, Miles, Remington, Blythe, Gracie James; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Abrianna, Patrick, and Sarina; one brother, Ron Baker.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
