Mr. Reo Foy Padgett, age 78, of Bonifay, Florida passed away February 7, 2023, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Alabama. He was born October 1, 1944, in Holmes County Florida to the late Reo Padgett and Loyce Whitehead Padgett. In addition to his parents, Reo was preceded in death by one son, Kim Mitchell Padgett, three brothers, Cleo, Cleveland, and Larry, and one sister, June.
Mr. Padgett is survived by his wife on 58 years, Doris Padgett of Bonifay, FL; four children, Charlotte Ann Padgett, Carlin Jennifer Padgett, Kenny Foy Padgett and Holley, and Tracy Lee Padgett and Briana all of Bonifay, FL; eleven grandchildren, Jessica, Meagan, Kyle, Becky, Norie, Kele, Casey, Annabell, James, Leah, and Reo; three great-grandchildren, Isabell, Noah, and Aron; four sisters, Diane, Versie, Carrie, and Pauline; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, February 11, 2023, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bonifay Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Friday at Peel Funeral Home.
