Mrs. Sara Louise Taylor, age 62, of Bonifay, Florida passed away March 11, 2025, at her home. She was born June 27, 1962, in Graceville, Florida. Sara was preceded in death by one son, R.C. Taylor and her mother, Janette Parker Helms.
Sara, a loving mother and devoted friend, leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories. Her greatest joy in life was her boys—they were her world, and she dedicated herself to them wholeheartedly. She found peace and happiness on the river, where she could often be found casting a line, embracing the simple joys of fishing.
Mrs. Taylor is survived by her husband, Mike Taylor of Bonifay, FL; three sons, Robert Taylor and wife Chanda, Benjamin Taylor and wife Bri, and Aaron Taylor and Leslie Whitten all of Bonifay, FL; three grandchildren, Zachary Ryan Taylor, Adyson McNeil, and Reid Mason Taylor all of Bonifay, FL; her father, Herbert C. Helms of Dothan, AL; one sister, Julie Lindl and husband Bruce of Panama City, FL.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of her family.
The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 7 PM Friday, March 14, 2025, at Peel Funeral Home. Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
