Aileen was a wonderful wife, who stood by her husband through all of life's journeys. As a dedicated military spouse, she traveled alongside him, bringing her unwavering support and strength wherever they went. Her resilience and grace were an inspiration to all who knew her.
She was a loving mother, whose nurturing spirit and endless patience created a home filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Her family was her greatest joy, and she dedicated her life to their happiness and well-being.
Aileen's faith was a cornerstone of her life. She loved Jehovah and Jesus deeply, finding comfort and guidance in her spiritual beliefs. Her faith was evident in her kindness, generosity, and the love she shared with those around her.
Aileen's legacy of love, strength, and faith will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will forever be a blessing to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Mrs. Steward is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Keith Steward of Milton, FL; four daughters, Misty Steward of Panama City, FL, Jessica Steward of Milton, FL, Rebecca Steward of Washington DC, and Hannah Steward of Milton, FL; one brother, Donnie Cooper of Bonifay, FL; four sisters, Hazel Cook of Panama City, FL, Kathy Bruner of Panama City, FL, Mageline Carnley and husband Junior of Bonifay, FL, and Sharon Scott and husband Billy of Bonifay, FL; two sisters-in-law, Linda Cooper of Bonifay, FL and Charlene Steward of Dothan, AL; one brother-in-law, David Steward and wife Linda of Atlanta, GA; mother-in-law, Monette Steward of Destin, FL; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 18, 2024, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sellers Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM at Peel Funeral Home.
