JEANNE D’ARC RICHARD WELCH

Ms. Jeanne D’Arc Richard Welch, age 82, of Bonifay, Florida passed away August 15, 2026, at her home.  She was born on December 7, 1943, in Fall River, Massachusetts to the late Alfred Richard and Lorraine Belanger Richard.  In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her husband, James ‘Jim’ Russell Welch and one brother, Raymond Richard.

Ms. Welch is survived by four children, Joseph Figga and Gina, James Figga and Krysta, Nicole O’Brien and Mike, and Matthew Brooks and Dody; one sister, Helene Carlson; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
