Mr. Brenton Michael Swindle, age 35, of Bonifay, Florida passed away October 28, 2023, at his home. He was born December 12, 1987, in Milton, Florida. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Glenda Summerlin.
Brenton’s unwavering support for the Florida State Seminoles reflected his passion for all sports. He also loved his Holmes County High Blue Devils. Brenton will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of crossing paths with this remarkable sports enthusiast.
Brenton is survived by his mother, Marie Ramer of Bonifay, FL; one brother, Brandon Ramer of Bonifay, FL; his maternal grandfather, Franklin Summerlin of Bonifay, FL; aunts and uncles, Melissa Hood of Bonifay, FL, Sheila Harris and husband Martin of Bristol, FL, Sharon Kent of Bonifay, FL, and Danny Summerlin of Bonifay, FL; cousins, Ashley Harris, Kyle Hood, Haylee Whitehead, and Austin Kent; special cousin, Kaleb Hood; numerous other cousins and family members.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, November 2, 2023, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Bonifay Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:00 PM at Peel Funeral Home.
