Ms. Carla Ellen Eaton, age 68, of Chipley, Florida passed away February 9, 2024, at her home. She was born December 11, 1955, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Carla was preceded in death by her father, John Carlton Nelson, one daughter, Chrystel Eaton, and one sister, Nancy Laporte.
Ms. Eaton is survived by her mother, Katherine Nelson; one son, Stephen Eaton; one granddaughter, Julie Lafontaine; three siblings, Lisa Oliver, Debbie Woehrel, and John Nelson; several nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
