Mr. Daniel ‘Danny’ Bird, age 75, of Ponce de Leon, Florida passed away February 17, 2022, at his home. He was born January 26, 1947, in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Danny was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Bird, his mother, Gladys Womble Edwards, and his wife, Glenda Bird.
Danny is survived by one daughter, Tammy King of Ponce de Leon, FL; one son, Tony Bird and wife Diana of Dothan, AL; five grandchildren, Matthew, John, Kristen, Levi, and Gracie; three brothers, Joe Bird, James Bird, and Ikey Bird; numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday 2:00 PM, February 19, 2022, at the Ponce de Leon Town Hall. Memorialization will be by cremation.
