DEBORAH ELAINE SAPP

Ms. Deborah ‘Debbie’ Elaine Sapp, age 69, of Noma, Florida passed away January 23, 2026, at Southeast Health Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama.  She was born April 3, 1956, in Bonifay, Florida to the late Thomas Edward Williams and Mary Elaine Wilkerson Williams.  In addition to her parents, Debbie was preceded in death by her husbands, Odis Callaway and Lonnie Sapp, one son, David Callaway, two brothers, Donald Williams and Lonnie Williams, and four sisters, Brenda Terrio, Rhonda Stafford, Judy Beall, and JoAnn Mixon.

Ms. Debbie is survived by one son, Elton Callaway, one brother, Coy Mixon and one sister, Donna Pittman and husband Marty, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, January 27, 2026, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery in Chipley, Florida.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1 to 2 PM Tuesday at Peel Funeral Home.
