Mr. Joe Harmon Sellers, age 81, of Bonifay, Florida passed away January 9, 2023, at his home. He was born March 30, 1941, in Bonifay, Florida. Mr. Sellers was preceded in death by his father, Joe Sellers, his mother, Alma Pitts Carnley, his wife, Idacoe Sellers, one brother, Herman Sellers, and two sisters, Mae Bell Sellers and Blondell Sellers.
Mr. Sellers is survived by one son, Jimmy Harrison of Bonifay, FL; five grandchildren, Christy French, Marsha Prescott, Emily Hall, Jimmy Harrison Jr., and Michelle Allen; eleven great-grandchildren, Keltcee Wolf, Karlee French, Kinslee Adams, Caden Crews, Ida’lyn Hall, Brielle Hall, Hazaiah Hall, Daman Rice, Bryar Music, Brant Rabee, and John Snyder; two great-great-grandchildren, Artist and Salem; his caregiver, Denise Jenkins; one nephew, Dewayne Sellers; two nieces, Kim Allen and Karen Brinkmyer.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 11, 2023, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel with interment following in the Dyson Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 PM Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at Peel Funeral Home.
