JOSE WILLIAM ‘BOB’ ECHEVARRIA

Mr. Jose William ‘Bob’ Echevarria, age 77, of Sunny Hills, Florida passed away January 30, 2026, at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital in Gainesville, Florida.  He was born on October 25, 1948, in Adjuntas, Puerto Rico to the late William and Tersa Albino Echevarria.  In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by one brother, Alfanso ‘Coke’ Echevarria.

Mr. Echevarria is survived by his wife, Carol Echevarria; two brothers, John ‘Jay’ Echevarria and Carlos ‘Beets’ Echevarria; one sister, Carmen Romero and husband Tony; several nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
