Ms. Lois Curry Dains, age 89, of Bonifay, Florida passed away December 7, 2023, at her home. She was born June 27, 1934, in Holmes County, Florida to the late Alvin Eugene Curry and Retta Forehand Curry. In addition to her parents, Lois was preceded in death by her husbands, Mark Deitsch and Ronald Dains, two sisters, Evie Jean Christmas and Adeline Gray, and three brothers, Glynn Curry, Shorty Curry, and Lloyd Curry.
Ms. Curry is survived by two brothers, Alvin ‘Simon’ Curry Jr. and wife Altha and Leroy Curry and wife Betty, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 9, 2023, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Live Oak Assembly of God Cemetery.
