Ms. Michele Greene Vuolo, age 57, of Panama City, Florida passed away July 20, 2026, at Ascension Sacred Heart Bay in Panama City.  She was born on September 20, 1968, in Panama City, Florida.  Michele was preceded in death by one uncle, Odell Parish. 

 

Michele lived life with an infectious smile and a vivacious spirit that drew people to her wherever she went. Michele genuinely loved others, never met a stranger, and found joy in encouraging and caring for those around her.

 

From an early age, Michele excelled in gymnastics, dedicating countless hours to the sport throughout her childhood and teenage years. Her hard work, discipline, and talent earned her numerous competition awards and accolades, reflecting the determination that would define every stage of her life.

 

Michele pursued a career in nursing with unwavering dedication, ultimately achieving her lifelong goal of becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). She was not only a skilled healthcare professional but also a gifted teacher, taking the time to educate her patients and help them better understand their health and how to improve their well-being. Her kindness, patience, and genuine concern for others made a lasting impact on the many lives she touched.

 

Above all, Michele was a loving mother, a devoted caregiver, and a cherished daughter. Her family was the center of her world, and she gave of herself wholeheartedly to those she loved.

 

Outside of her profession, Michele’s creativity flourished in the kitchen and in her art. She loved cooking, developing original recipes, and entering culinary competitions, where her talents earned numerous awards. She also possessed an extraordinary gift for glass art, transforming ordinary glass bottles into breathtaking works of beauty through her vivid imagination, artistic vision, and meticulous attention to detail.

 

Michele will be remembered for her compassionate heart, vibrant personality, remarkable talents, and unwavering devotion to her family, friends, patients, and community. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

 

Michele is survived by two sons, Andrew Vuolo and Rayne Huertas both of Panama City, FL; her mother and stepfather, Blondell and Phil Freeman of Caryville, FL; her father, Jim Greene of Panama City, FL; one brother, Terry Greene of Caryville, FL; one aunt, Glenda Parish of Bonifay, FL.

 

Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.  A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
