Ms. Ruth Marcelle Kelly, age 57, of Bonifay, Florida passed away December 11, 2023 at her home. She was born June 13, 1966 in Wauchula, Florida. She was preceded in death by her father Emmit Stevens, grandmother Ruby Frances Pippin, grandfather Marvin Henry Pippin, and several aunts/uncles.
Ruth is survived by her mother, Willie Ruth Pope Sapp and four siblings: Tommy Pope, Darlene Gibson, Cenella Grantham, and Teresa Fay Chapman, all of Bonifay, along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday December 16, 2023, at Winterville Assembly of God Church with Rev. Mitch Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in Steverson Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 Noon until 1:00 PM at Winterville Church.
