Mrs. Virginia Ann Phillips, age 59, of Westville, Florida passed away March 10, 2020 at her son’s home in Bonifay, Florida. She was born April 16, 1960 in Pompano Beach, Florida. Virginia was preceded in death by a daughter, Tina Baxley and a brother, Joe Recor.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by her husband, Leonard ‘Terry’ Terrance Phillips of Westville, FL; two sons, Kenny Baxley of Arvado, CO and Dearl Baxely and wife Linda of Bonifay, FL; one daughter, Heather Phillips of Bonifay, FL; one sister, Roxanne Brown and husband Herbert of Bonifay, FL; two brothers, Keith Recor of Boca Raton, FL and Chuck Recor of Bonifay, FL; five grandsons, three granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 1:00 PM Sunday, March 15, 2020, at Mt. Zion Independent Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Buroughs officiating. Memorialization will be by cremation.
