Mrs. Virginia Morrell Scott, age 75, of Ebro, Florida passed away April 16, 2022, at Bonifay Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bonifay, Florida. She was born July 26, 1946, in DeFuniak Springs, Florida to the late Bob Morrell and Bethel Strickland Morrell. In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Morrell and Alton Morrell and one sister, Irene Morrell Elliott.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Gilford Lee ‘Butch’ Scott; two sons, Michael Satterfield and Gilford Scott; one daughter, Michelle Daniels; one sister, Cletie Rutherford; 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, April 19, 2022, at The Sanctuary with interment following in the Ebro Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 10 to 11 AM at the Sanctuary.
