JANICE MARIE JUSTICE

Ms. Janice Marie Justice, age 78, of Bonifay, Florida passed away on August 19, 2026, at her home.  She was born on August 27, 1947, in Geneva, Alabama to the late Vernie Albert Shields and Nettie Audrey Irene Burch Shields.  In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her husband, Donnie Justice Sr.

Ms. Justice is survived by four children, Teresa Marsh and her daughter, Brittany Mayers and great-granddaughter, Eva Marie Windham; Donnie and Stephanie Justice and their children, Elizabeth and Cody Story, Alana and Colton, Hunter and Jessie Justice, Madelynn McClain, Allison Justice, Jaxon, JaKai, and Jonah, Emily McClain, Jaylen Justice, Gabe Justice, Kenneth Garrett Justice, Annaliese Worley;  Jeremy and Brittany Justice and their children, Dylan Justice, Keegan Justice, Raelyn Justice, Morgan Ashcraft, and Finn Justice; Albert and Lessie Justice and their children, Destiny Justice, Landon Justice, Aiden Justice, and Aubrey Justice; her two siblings, Jerry Shields and Diane Vanlandingham and husband Randy, along with several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life service will be held at 6:00 PM Thursday, August 27, 2026, in the Peel Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be held at Live Oak Church Assembly of God Cemetery.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 5 to 6 PM at Peel Funeral Home.  Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
