WILBURN COLLEGE MCELVAIN

Mr. Wilburn College McElvain, age 99, of Panama City, Florida passed away June 28, 2025, at Aviata at Emerald Shores in Callaway, Florida.  He was born September 4, 1925, in Slocomb, Alabama.  Wilburn was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Thomas McElvain, his mother, Pearl Jane Giddens, and his wife, Antoinette Veta McElvain.

Mr. McElvain is survived by one son, Ronald McElvain and Vera of Panama City, FL; two grandchildren, Nicolas and Alishia; three great-grandchildren, Rocco, Toby, and Marissa; numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, July 2, 2025, in the Ponce de Leon Cemetery in Ponce de Leon, Florida.
